The Basic Files

This page will tell you how to obtain the basic files that you will need for this course. Those files include the Syllabus, the course "Bible," and problems that will be used throughout the course.

These files can also be obtained directly from the instructor if you provide him with one 3.5 HD floppy disk.

In order to download the setup file, click on the following words: Basic Files

A box should popup asking if you wish to open the file or save it to disk. Save it to disk. Do not attempt to install these files from the Internet directly. Save the file "Setupcl.exe" to a directory. Be sure to remember to which directory you saved the file or you will not be able to install it.

Once you have downloaded the file to a directory, click on the "Start" button and select "Run". Then select "Browse". Go to the directory in which you saved the Setup.exe file. Click on that file. Execute the "Run" function.

Once competed, there should be an icon on your desktop from which you can run the program containing the Basic Files. You can also run it from the "Start" menu. When you have completed the course and wish to remove the file, click on the "Start" menu, and scroll through your programs to "Business Law Materials". Select "Uninstall Business Law Materials". The program will completely uninstall.
