I was too busy over spring break preparing a paper for presentation at conference this week. So, good news for you. There are no special assignments on benefit cost analysis (chapter 11) related to evaluating a public project, or on chapter 12, the impact of a tax on the economy.
The homework for Chapter 11 (numbers 2 and 8), and extra credit number 5, and Chapter 12, numbers 1, 5, 8, 10, and 11, are due our first day back to class, March 21, the first day of Spring. Remember, the week of March 21 is the week of your presentations of social security systems of other countries. See you then.
