I have
several questions regarding drainage and water quality:
1. I read in the Times that you were
interested in reviewing the soil borings conducted by DLZ. Have you had
an opportunity ? If so, would you share your opinions or conclusions ?
2. Have you reviewed any maps of the
soils at the proposed Silver Lake Park/Vale Park Road Extension site?
Might there be additional hydric soils present which extend beyond the
"deliniated wetlands?" If you believe this is possible, would you
be willing to check this or suggest how I might best determine their
presence ?
3. Can you suggest a source to
determine if the neighborhood on the south side of Silver
Lake falls within a 100 year flood plain ?
4. In light of the recent flooding of
properties in the Flint Lake Watershed, are there any new concerns
about the additional drainage and run-off that will be generated by
Flint Lake Villiage and Vale Park Extension ?
5. When is the next meeting of the
Storm Water Management Board ?
